My Story
I was born and raised on a farm near Collingwood, Ontario, and I’ve loved traditional quartet music ever since I first heard groups like the Blackwood Brothers and the Stamps at Massey Hall in Toronto. That experience sparked a passion that has never left me.

After university in the ’70s, I joined a gospel group called Light with Ken Harnden and David Holcroft from Belleville. Singing with them deepened my love for gospel music even further. When Ken and David later moved to Nashville to pursue full-time music with Cedar Creek, I stayed in Collingwood, married my high school sweetheart, and together we raised three daughters. For many years, she and I performed as a weekend duet team, traveling across Ontario and sharing our music wherever we could.

After a career in business, I’m thrilled to be reunited with Ken—along with Paul and David Hill—to once again share our love of gospel music with a growing audience.
To quote the Gaither song that says it all for me:
“Loving God, loving each other, making music with my friends.”
I’m truly grateful for this chapter of life and the joy of making gospel music together.
