My Story
As a young child, listening to gospel music was a regular occurrence in our home. The format was varied and some of my earliest memories was listening to a Saturday night music radio broadcast from Wheeling W.V. transmitting through the car radio. The record player was also something heard frequently in both our home as well as both sets of my grandparents.

This along with attendance at All Night Concerts hosted by Harold Lossing, fostered the love of these great vocal harmonies.
During the early 1980’s I had the opportunity to sing with my brother David alongside our father in a quartet for about 12 years. Our career’s facilitated the need for a couple of moves causing the group to disband.
Since 2015, I have had the privilege to help organize and promote several benefit concerts that involved some friends Triumphant Quartet.
Through a series of events that began with a request to sing in 2023, the opportunity to help form Mission Hill Quartet became a reality in July 2024.
Singing I believe can be a healing experience that feeds the soul. We’ve all likely gone through some degree of a trial, loss or crisis. Our hope is that the songs we sing will lift spirits and be an encouragement to those who hear them.
